Our 160’x70’ turf field is perfect for competitive games of soccer, flag football, field hockey, dodgeball and more. Our multi-purpose sport court surface can accommodate basketball, pickleball, volleyball, badminton, floor hockey among other games.
And don’t forget cornhole. We are the place for cornhole tournaments and leagues in the tri-state region.
We can also host private events, fundraisers, birthday parties and corporate functions. We work with local vendors to help arrange catering for these events if you want.
THE SPACE
The multi-purpose surface will accommodate sports that include basketball, pickleball, badminton and volleyball.
The turf field will accommodate sports that include soccer, flag football and field hockey.
Cornhole tournaments will also be hosted at the facility and can be held on either surface.
Groups, primarily youth sports, will be able to rent time on either surface, while the Fieldhouse will also offer organized leagues for soccer and flag football for youth and adults.
The client base will be centered around youth organizations (such as the Keene Knights), as well as the growing number of people who play pickleball. Eventually, we would like to offer after school programs for students in the surrounding schools.
COST: Turf
standard cost: $100 per hour for the full surface or $60 an hour for half. Preference will be given to groups looking to rent the full surface. This is ideal for organizations that want to host camps or clinics!
How does this fit into your budget: We have found that teams like to run winter workouts for 10 weeks with two one-hour sessions each week. That equals to $2,000 for field rental. If you have 10 players that is $200 per player per session. If you have 15 players, that is $134 per player. If you have 20 players, that is $100 per player.
